What this website collects on its own
Nothing. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and makes no requests to third parties; the pages are static files, and a test in the source repository keeps it that way.
Hosting
The site is served from the controller's own server, through a reverse proxy it operates itself. The server's access log does not contain the visitor's IP address. The proxy keeps the technical details of the connection (IP address, time, requested address) solely for secure operation: the log is rotated weekly, the four most recent rotated copies are kept and older ones are deleted; it does not use them for profiling and does not pass them to third parties.
Contacting us
The message goes by e-mail, from your own mail program to the address on the Contact page; the site itself sends nothing anywhere.
We use it only to answer you and, if you asked for one, to prepare a quote or a demo.
The legal basis for the processing is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give by sending the message. You may withdraw it at any time at the controller's address above; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
We keep the message for 12 months from the last exchange, then delete it.
Only the data controller has access to it. We pass it on to no one.
Your rights
Regarding the data you sent us, you may ask for:
- access – to know what we hold about you;
- rectification – to correct it;
- erasure – to delete it;
- restriction of processing;
- portability – to receive the data you gave us in a machine-readable format;
- and you may object to the processing.
Write to the data controller's address above; we answer without undue delay.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH). naih.hu
The product and your data
- The program sends no data to the developer – no usage data, no recordings, no text.
- The speech, the captions, the translations and the voice samples stay on your own machine or on the servers you set up yourself. In a distributed setup the audio travels over your local network to the machine you configured – and nowhere else.
- Cloning a voice needs a recording of the other party's voice. Do it only with their knowledge.
Changes
This notice is in force from 2026-09-23. If it changes, the date changes with it, and the contact form records which version you accepted.
